Spicy Shredded Italian Beef

    (for sandwiches)

    Ingredients
    Sirloin Tip Roast
    1 can of beer
16 oz water 1/2 jar sliced jalaenos
    1/2 jar pepperocinis
    2 beef bullion cubes
    1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
Hoagie rolls (sweet rolls are what I use).

Notes: You can change the amounts of spice to suit your taste.

    Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Pour in water, beer, jalapenos, pepperoncinis Drop in 2 bullion cubes Dash of pepper, salt, and garlic powder (usually I cover it pretty well with the pepper and the garlic powder) Let it cook... (Low setting: 9 hours, Higher setting: 5 hours) -- depends on your crockpot/slowcooker Once done, remove it from the crackpot (ha ha...I won't change that typo!) placing the roast on a large cutting board. Begin shredding the meat with a fork and place the shredded beef into a pot on stove top on medium low. Scoop out all the peppers from the crock pot and throw them into the pot with beef. Scoop up one large glass full of the juices out of the crock pot, then pour into pan. Let this cook down, stirring occasionally. Now you can taste beef to decide how spicy you want it...I always add fresh jalapenos or more chopped pepperocini to it! Serve on steak buns or salad, or pasta!
