I had to use the AOL-Speak Translator to get it right. That was the translation of "Hi, how are you?" First of all, I think you're great. I was sitting here reading, when out of nowhere "How YOU doin?" popped in my head. I immediately went to visit your site, and downloaded your wav-file for later use on my website. (Note: This really just happened, I'm not joking.) ..."

-I only included the first 2 pargraphs of this email, because the rest was not related to my site directly. This particular e-mail made my day. It isn't often I get site related e-mail from people I don't routinely chat with on-line. Thanks for the kind words.

Hey...good morning from the sunny Caribbean. I did like your list a lot, I just sent you that feedback note because I just wanted to acknowledge your list was read by someone that often think of those things but never took the time to list them. But on the same token I thought that since so mnay things annoy you, perhaps the list of what things make you happy would be in order. But truly, I liked your site a lot.
Ps- If the list was a checklist I would have marked many of them as the things that annoy me. -Googie

-The List of Things that Make Me Happy has now been added to the site. I love feedback like this. Originally the form did not sort the message by topic so all I received was " is there anything that makes you happy, plz tell me..." and I was not sure if it was an RAQ or a suggetion - so I e-mailed googie back to ask. I'm glad I did.

-I think it would just be safe to assume that a large percentage of the population finds the same types of things annoying. Either that, or it was MY site that everybody else copied. Yah. I bet that is what happened.
(This one was nice enough to use my guestbook rather than e-mail me directly. I was not sure if I wanted to censor it or not, and decided to for general audiences. The post still remains in the guestbook in its original form. Pity.)
